How We Work
Practical before theoretical.
Our approach comes from operating behavioral health programs rather than from a general business framework. Procedures are written for the staff who have to follow them at 2 a.m. Training is built around the roles that actually exist on the floor. Systems are designed to be maintained by the organization after the engagement ends.
We would rather deliver a smaller system a program will genuinely use than a comprehensive one that sits unopened in a shared drive. That same principle produced BOS — the Behavioral Operating System we developed to hold the operational knowledge staff need in one organized place.
